Hello! My name is Karoline, and I am the founder of Garn Glede. I love knitting, and love to be creative and making things. I wanted to make a product that gives myself and others joy, while not at the expense of nature and animals.
I live in a small place in the Hardangerfjord with my family. I started knitting in early age, but it was when I was a student it really took off. Then knitting became for me a way to relax and disconnect from studies. It became an important breathing space in everyday life. That is what I want others to have. I hope that you will enjoy our product and that we will see you again.

It is important that our product is environmentally friendly, and that animal welfare is a central part of our identity.
We are true to our vision in every production process, and our suppliers must follow our standards. We use organic wool, and use only environmental friendly chemicals in our production. Even the packaging are made of recycled materials.
