Delivery and shipping
When ordering, you will receive an order number and an email with order confirmation. Delivery is via Posten and will be delivered in your mailbox or to your nearest post office, depending on the size.
You will receive a tracking number by email and in the Posten app so you can track your order.
There is a fixed price of 59 NOK regardless of the size and weight of the package. For orders over 1000 NOK, shipping is free.
The products that we have in stock will be shipped from us within 1-3 days. The products that will be dyed to order will be shipped from us within 4-6 days.
We will inform you in case of any delays (Strikkehula, n.d).
Return and refund
If you want to exchange the item or cancel your purchase, you have the right to do so according to the right of withdrawal act. From the time you receive the item, you have 14 days to cancel if the item is in its original packaging. We will pay for the return and you will find a return label with the item you have received.
Once we have received the item, the refund will be made within 14 days (Strikkehula, n.d).
Privacy policies
We follow strict rules when it comes to privacy. As a customer, you should have confidence that we handle personal information in a correct and secure manner.
The information is stored in secure systema and you kan ask us to delete this information at any time. Information that we are required by law to keep cannot be deleted. This is information we need in connection with accounting.
Personal information that we store is your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, payment information and order information.
This happens when you place an order with us, register an account with us, participate in surveys, when you sign up for our newsletter or when you contact us.
This information is not passed on to a third party (Strikkehula, n.d)
